Handedness
Humans commonly display a tendency to use one hand rather than the other to perform their daily activities. Similarly, some other mammals also display this preference for using one hand more than the other, which is known as handedness. While some mammals are right-handed and mainly use their right front limb, others are left-handed and use their left front limb more frequently. Handedness in mammals tends to be more apparent when they do not need all four of their limbs for walking and have two limbs available to perform other kinds of necessary activities.
