No More Jazz Choir
Currently, the university has a jazz choir, a group of students who meet to sing jazz music and give concerts. However, starting next year the jazz choir will be discontinued, and will no longer exist. The primary reason for ending the jazz choir, according to the director, is that student interest in participating has been low, and it has been difficult to find enough student singers to fill the jazz choir. He mentioned that there will still be an opportunity o students to participate in a singing group, since the university also has another choir that performs concerts on campus, so students can participate in the other choir instead.

Breeding-site Fidelity
When it comes time to reproduce, many animal species breed and bear young in any nearby habitat that has suitable conditions. In some species, however, individuals keep returning to the same breeding site repeatedly whenever they reproduce, a phenomenon known as breeding-site fidelity. Animals that exhibit breeding-site fidelity may need to expend effort to make a particular breeding site suitable for their young, so it may be more efficient to return to a previously prepared site than to prepare a new site. However, if an attempt to breed at a particular site does not produce offspring that survive, the parent animals learn not to reuse that site in the future.
Explain how the example from the lecture illustrates the concept of Breeding-site Fidelity.
