Task1
Some people think that libraries should be quiet places where people can read and study in silence. Others think that libraries should be more social places where people can meet and interact. Which view do you agree with? Explain why.
Task2
Reading:
Require Business Internships
I would like to recommend that the business department require all business majors to complete a summer internship. There are many summer internships available to business students, but few students currently take advantage of them. During my own internship at an advertising agency last summer, I worked closely with a mentor and learned a lot of important skills. Every business student would benefit from such a useful experience. I realize, though, that many internships are unpaid and students often work over the summer to earn money, so perhaps the university could provide financial assistance for students with unpaid internships.
Sincerely,
Jane Chambers

Task3
Reading:
Keystone Habits
Research has shown that it can be difficult for people to establish new behaviors, especially when they are trying to make major lifestyle changes all at once. However, what psychologists refer to as a keystone habit can play a crucial role in bringing about larger, positive changes. A keystone habit is a specific, routine behavior that is relatively easy to begin and maintain. While it may not seem especially significant in itself, a keystone habit can establish conditions that allow larger changes to occur. Adopting a keystone habit and making it part of a regular routine can set off a chain reaction or series of events that can lead to broader lifestyle improvements.
Explain what a keystone habit is and how the example in the professor’s lecture illustrates it.
Task4
Using the professor’s points and examples, summarize the lecture about acoustic dimorphism.
