The university currently holds a career fair at the end of each academic year,where students talk to representatives from various companies about job employment opportunities.I think,however,the career fair should be held at the beginning of the year instead.It would be more helpful for fourth-year students to talk to representatives then,since by the end of the year many students have already found jobs by doing their own job searches.Also,the end of the year is an inconvenient time to attend a fair,since students are busy taking exams and preparing to move.

However,this focus gives an incomplete picture of the parent-child relationship and its influence on the child’s development.Bidirectionality is a principle that states that the relationship between children and their parents is a reciprocal,or two-way,relationship:parents influence their children,and children influence their parents.More specifically,the way children behave influences the way their parents respond,and the way parents respond to their children’s behavior affects the way the children behave in the future.The two-way,or bidirectional,nature of this relationship plays an important role in children’s personal development.
