Donations for New Art Museum

The university has begun accepting student donations for the construction of a new art museum on campus. The new art museum will be large enough to display hundreds of art pieces and will serve to further enlighten and educate the student population. Additionally, the new art building is also the most recent of constructions and is part of the university beautification program designed to beautify and modernize the university campus. Student donations can be large or small and each donation will be guaranteed to go directly to the construction of a beautiful new campus art museum.

Optimal Foraging Theory

Optimal foraging theory is an idea in ecology based on the study of foraging behavior and states that organisms forage in such a way as to maximize their net energy intake per unit time. In other words, they behave in such a way as to find, capture and consume food containing the most calories while expending the least amount of time possible in doing so. The theory was originally devised in an attempt to explain why, out of the wide range of foods available, animals often restrict themselves to a few preferred types.
